Tammy J. Arquette graduated with Honors from Fordham University with a B.A. degree in
1987, and from Albany Law School with a Juris Doctor
degree in 1990.
Ms. Arquette is admitted to the New York State Bar in the Third Judicial District and the Federal Bar in the U.S.
District Court for the Northern District of New York. Ms. Arquette, Esq. has been practicing family law, custody law, and
divorce law in the courts of the Capital District, including Albany, Rensselaer, Schenectady, Saratoga, Warren, Washington, Schoharie, Montgomery and Fulton Counties for nearly 19 years.
Ms. Arquette has handled numerous criminal, vehicle and traffic, and DWI cases in the local courts of the Capital region. She has also represented many clients in mortgage refinances and the purchase and sale of real estate.
Ms. Arquette is also certified for electronic filing in the US Bankruptcy Court, Northern District of New York. Ms. Arquette can handle consumer bankruptcy filings under Chapters 7 and 13 of the Bankruptcy Code.
Ms. Arquette is a member of the New York State Bar Association, the Schenectady County Bar Association, the matrimonial committee for the Schenectady County Bar Association, and the Capital District Women's Bar Association.
Ms. Arquette has been a board member and officer of the Duanesburg Education Foundation, Inc., and is the Chairman of the Duanesburg Town Board of Ethics.
